If you receive a damaged product, we will provide you the replacement. If the same product is not available, we will offer you complete refund. However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.

Report us the problem within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered, to the email id zellabeejewels@gmail.com.

Please send the returns via reputed courier services and email (zellabeejewels@gmail.com) us the courier receipt within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective.

If the product is not shipped back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted. When you return the package, please kindly make sure that the product is packed properly in the same package (along with paper/bubble wraps, tags, slips..etc) as you received it. Product package should not be tampered . This will avoid damage to the return product.

For refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refund will be processed through the same mode of payment within 2-8 working days.

Refund for lost/undelivered package: After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to Zellabeejewels@gmail.com.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.
